From the reclaimed barn wood flooring throughout to the custom cabinetry, every detail was tastefully planned. Walk into the open concept layout with 12 feet ceilings and over 1,000 square feet in the great room that connects the living, kitchen and dining room. Dine on the 12ft long farmhouse table that sits adjacent to wall to wall sliding doors that open up for complete indoor/outdoor living.

No expense was spared in the chef kitchen. Curated specifically for entertaining, make use of the 2 thermador dishwashers, a behemoth leathered granite island, 6 burner Thermador gas range oven, and wolf convection steam/convection oven. Fully stocked with pans, utensils, broad selection of wine glasses, tableware, serving platters, utensils, everything is at your fingertips.

Explore 5 bedrooms each with its own ensuite and floor to ceiling glass views. Experience Nirvana in the Montrose soaker tub complete with a ceiling mount filler in the Master Bathroom. Feel at home next to the Master's fireplace, walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and enormous walk-in closet. The master may have the most amenities but the bunk room might be our favorite room on the property. It has a birds eye view of the entire property.

In addition to the gunite pool and saltwater spa, there are multiple places to gather on the property. Relax near the see-through fireplace overlooking the pool, gather on the couch in the courtyard, dine under the aged cottonwood in the backyard. Take in exquisite views where ever you land.
